LJM VALUES: A Fair and Responsible Business
LJM recognises its obligation to enable a positive work environment for its training consultants and for all people attending its events and experiencing its services.

Equality and Diversity
LJM actively and continuously consults with its clients and consultants to make sure that all its training, consultancy and event services are responsive and reflect the diversity of people.

In achieving its commitments, LJM believes that:

  • Its work takes place in open and supportive environments where all people have the opportunity to participate to their full potential.
  • Its work is developed through a spirit of listening and involvement where clients and people attending events are encouraged to monitor the standards of service.
  • Its services are kept vibrant and relevant through recognition that everyone involved in its events have an important part to play.
  • These opportunities are open and available to all people, irrespective of age, disability, ethnicity, faith/religion, gender or sexuality.
  • It is wrong to condone any harassment or unlawful discrimination and is committed to taking any appropriate action to address discrimination experienced by anyone involved in its events.

Openness and Confidence
LJM is committed to open, fair and honest communication. LJM will continue to:

  • Develop and monitor working environments to make sure anyone is able to comment, feedback or complain about any services.
  • Instruct all its training consultants to monitor the behaviour of organisations and people in regard to the 6 strands of equality and diversity.
  • Examine ways to prevent any areas of risk that may lead to harassment or discrimination through its events, the marketing or provision of its training and consultancy services.
  • Identify personal contacts with all client organisations where an open dialogue is encouraged that identifies any specific issues or needs and to agree actions or improvements whenever necessary.

Fairness
LJM promotes a fair and responsible way of delivering its services through relying on the 6 strands of equality and diversity. This Fairness Statement encompasses Equality, Diversity, Harassment and Discrimination.
