In recent inspections, well-produced DVDs have been highlighted by the Audit Commission inspectorate as good practice in preventative information.

Excellent communication tool

DVDs are an excellent communication tool that enhance existing documents and handbooks that, when put together in one place, can be a daunting prospect to take in. The DVD can promote essential features of the service and the service provider giving assurances to both landlord and tenant about the responsibilities of tenancy.

An experienced team

LJM has teamed up with 10:50 Media, run by Barry Marlow and Mark Sharon. Barry is a well-known trainer and housing consultant and brings a wealth of experience into the planning and scripting of the films. Mark has a background in media and communication, specialising in photography and filmmaking. Mark produces and directs the films and is supervising editor.
